Modern Archtop
I personally have a great affection for the archtop guitar.
To me it is the mother of “modern” guitars.
What really speaks to me is that these guitars are both very elegant as they are loud and robust.
Next to that they sound spikey and round at the same time, which really appeals to me.
When designing new guitar models most of my inspiration,
comes from renowned archtop luhiers such as:
Bob Benedetto, Jimmy D’Aquisto, Linda Manzer, John Monteleone, Chris Mirabella and Theo Scharpach.
The guitar shown on this page is my take on a modern archtop.
Of course, as a boutique luthier I am very happy to discuss any specs you would like.
